Cancellation Policy – PaySail
You may cancel your PaySail service or subscription by providing written notice prior to the start of your next billing cycle or renewal period. Cancellations submitted after a new billing cycle has begun may not be eligible for a refund and may be subject to applicable fees as outlined in your service agreement or platform terms.
If your access to PaySail is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or contractual obligations, no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining or unused portion of the service.
Upon cancellation or termination, any associated account data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to download or retain any transaction records, reports, or documentation prior to closing your account.
PaySail reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service tier, product feature, or offering at any time, with or without prior notice. Refunds in such cases will only be issued if expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
