Refund Policy – PaySail
PaySail provides secure, advanced payment processing and transaction services under formal service agreements. Unless expressly stated in a signed contract, all service fees, processing charges, and platform usage costs are non-refundable once access has been granted or service delivery has commenced.
If you believe you were billed in error or charged incorrectly, please contact our support team at info@paysail.cc. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are approved solely at the discretion of PaySail.
PaySail reserves the right to update pricing, transaction fees, and other service-related charges at any time, with or without prior notice. These changes will apply to future billing cycles or agreements and will not affect previously invoiced or paid amounts.
If services are suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or contractual obligations, no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining or unused portion of the service.
Additionally, PaySail does not provide refunds, compensation, or reimbursements for service interruptions, changes, or discontinuations unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
